Project Management
The initial phase starting from conceiving the project to its full production requires a different skill set than required for running ongoing set operations. Based on our experience of setting up several large textile mills we are fully geared up to handle project management.
In this task we can be involved either as consultants or implementers on turnkey basis. We will guide in lay out, machinery selection, manpower recruitment, training, installation and commissioning of machinery, trial production and scaling up of production.
The daily operations report, monthly reports and quality system can be tailor made for the unit and as per management requirement. SAP can be implemented within 6 months after full production based on the vast experience we have in implementing such systems.
Cost reduction projects can be designed and implemented for efficient operations and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
Techno economic studies can be carried out either for existing set up or for new set up as required.
